At Try Exotic Snacks, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and quality products. Please read our return & refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and any issues with your order.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our consumable food and beverage products; including but not limited to our product merch, Try Exotic Snacks does not accept returns and cannot offer full or partial refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Customer changed their mind after purchase

  • Customer remorse or dissatisfaction with flavor preference

  • Damaged items due to shipment (we do our best to pack orders securely, but once handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for handling)

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing an order.

If you believe there is a serious issue with your order that is not listed above, please contact us at Orders@TryExoticSnacks.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll do our best to review and address your concern.
