Shipping Policy
Try Exotic Snacks processes all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, and/or any other shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier service.
Shipping Times
The estimated shipping time for standard ground shipping is 3-5 business days from the date your order is shipped. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to the carrier’s service and unexpected events such as severe weather or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s official website and/or through our website tracking page.
Orders Returned To Sender
Returned To Sender
Try Exotic Snacks is not responsible for any return packages due to incorrect and/or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases. If your package is returned to us, you will have the option to:
Receive a refund for the item(s) only if the package is in the same exact way we shipped it; meaning the package has not been opened at all plus this excludes shipping cost and we add a 20% restocking fee
Or
Pay an additional shipping fee to have the package reshipped to the correct address.

Order Marked as Delivered But Haven’t Received It
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

Contact USPS directly with your tracking number
Try Exotic Snacks is not responsible for stolen or missing orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Heat Advisory – Summer Shipping Notice
During warmer months, certain snacks—especially chocolate and candy—are prone to melting or spoilage. Try Exotic Snacks is not responsible for any temperature-related issues that may occur during shipping. We highly recommend:
Selecting expedited shipping
Adding ice packs (available in our shop at an extra cost) to your order
This helps minimize the risk of melting or spoilage while your package is in transit.
