How do I contact customer service?

Where do you ship from and how much is shipping?

We ship directly from North Dakota, USA. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How long does it take to ship and receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location, Holidays, weather and/or carrier processing times. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way. Once we ship out your order(s) we are not responsible for any delay the carrier may take in delivering. Please contact the carrier for further questions

Do you offer Refunds?

What makes your snacks "exotic"?

We source most of our snacks directly from countries like France, Turkey, Serbia, Iraq, Italy, and more. Many are exclusive international releases, rare flavors, and/or limited-time drops that are hard to source at your local stores.

Can I request specific items for my mystery box?

We love that you know what you want! While mystery boxes are curated randomly, you can leave a note at checkout with your preferences and any allergies. We’ll do our best to include them based on availability.

How do I get alerts on out of stock items?

Join our email list or follow us on TikTok, and/or Instagram for restock alerts, new drops, and limited-edition finds. Some items go fast—don’t sleep!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We’re working on other countries shipping—stay tuned for updates! Also feel free to send us an email on where you're located, so we can update when your country is opened for shipping?

Are your products expired?

Great question! Many international snacks list only the production date on their packaging instead of the expiration date. In countries like Japan, China, and others, it's common to display a "production date." Most snacks are good between 9 to 12 months after the production date—sometimes longer, depending on the product and storage conditions. We always double-check freshness and ship only snacks that fall within their safe consumption window.
